Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
Shipping Times
- Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from dispatch.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
International Shipping
Where available, international delivery times and costs will be shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Returns
Please note: Returns are accepted at the customer’s own cost.
If you are a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.
To return an item:
- Notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery
- Return the item within 14 days of notification
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in their original packaging
- In a resalable condition
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
We may reduce the refund if items show signs of excessive handling.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
